Shipping policy

Ready to wear orders are processed in 5 - 7 business days. Handcrafted, made to order items require 10-14 business days.

When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please track your package so you are aware of its arrival time. 

If you need a rush on your order, please email info@newvintagebysam.com with your order number in the subject line. 
New Vintage by Sam is Not responsible for lost or damaged packages after we release your items to you.  Please contact USPS directly.
