Manufacturing

All Healing Hardwear is made to order.  Please allow 10-14 business days for creation, cleansing and packaging of your precious product.  

Returns

Due to the uniqueness of our product, all sales are final.  We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.  Please contact us via email (info@newvintagebysam.com) within 24 hours of receiving your product to discuss. If an item exchange is approved, further instructions will be provided.  

Shipping

Our products are shipped via USPS.  Issues concerning shipping and deliveries should be made directly to USPS.  New Vintage by Sam is not responsible for lost packages. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your repairs or recreation materials. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
